Private Class One on One

One on One

A class personally tailored to suit your body, allowing for any existing injuries or health issues, offering modifications to soften or deepen your practice and always guiding you through how your body is moving and benefiting from your practice.  Private class can be brought to your home or held in the Palmerston North yoga studio.



Criminal Record Checked is availabe


A one off class OR book a series of classes, these are presented in a fun interactive non competitive environment using animal role play and games.  Lesson's cover the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) working individual, as a pair and as a team.  They learn natural rhythm, body awareness, movement and sensation and mindfulness.  Yoga also helps to increases their concentration and ability to focus and stay calm.  Also as a teacher these are skills you can take back to the class room and use daily.

Intermediate and High School

A one off class OR really extend their minds and abilities with a series of lessons designed to suit your targeted age group and their ability.   My yoga classes are designed to interest their minds and increase their focus, lesson's cover the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) working individual, as a pair and as a team, other options available are wall yoga and even Metal Yoga (big in New York) and yes performed to metal music.   I will also touch on some basics of Physiology and how the body ticks explaining what each posture achieves and where you should be feeling it.
