Yin Yoga now available Monday & Wednesday 7pm
"Yoga has become increasingly popular in New Zealand in recent years. It has shed its "girly" and "hippie" stereotypes with top athletes such as ex-All Blacks Dan Carter and Ma'a Nonu, as well as Scottish tennis star Andy Murray and boxing great Evander Holyfield, taking up the physical and mental conditioning discipline". I have invited the WONDERFUL Amy Masters into my Palmerston North studio to present a Aromatherapy Yoga Workshop. We will be using the doTerra Oil range (the same brand of oils I use in my classes) this workshop is limited to 20 mats is always very popular and sure to sell out.
Indulge your senses with a yoga practice infused with essential oils leaving you feeling nourished and pampered.
Be prepared to bliss out and take some well deserved 'YOU' time!
This aromatherapy workshop helps to increase energy and calm the mind, while the oils assist in emotional healing, releasing stagnant energy, feelings or blockages. The yoga we will practice is a gentle Vinyasa flow to afford a slower-paced experience of the integration of oils, movement and breath.
LIMITED TO 20 MATS, BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL
